Welcome to Perfect Form Fitness

Hi guys,

Big congrats on joining the team at Perfect Form Fitness! We are so thrilled to bring you a place of no judgements, a place where you can grow physically and mentally!

We honestly believe in the power of being physically strong and fit helps all aspects of your life!

For those just starting with us we welcome you into our team and we hope you build some long lasting friendships and trust in us like our original members.

The first few weeks of starting your new programs will see some sore and tired muscles and moving forward hopefully some strong muscles.

We encourage all of you to ask questions and please reach out to us in any way.


We would also like to mention that closer to Christmas we will run a 6 week life style transformation challenge. This is designed to change your habits for good and teach you about nutrition and how to properly eat to support your training and daily life. This by no means is a quick fix program but more of a kick start and then an ongoing realistic plan you can implement at any time in your life.

We have had great success in the past with this plan take a look at some photos of before and afters.

Ill release more info as we go along and if your interested in something like this please let us know.

So for now enjoy the training, enjoy feeling sore and we will see you in your next session!
