Rob has been my PT for more than five years now. I was in a serious accident and spent 6 months in Hospital, I was fortunate enough to have my physio in hospital get in contact with Rob to help my rehabilitation after I was released. In that time Rob has essentially rebuilt me. Through a combination of his knowledge of the body’s mechanics and knowing my limitations he has helped me get back to a more active lifestyle than I ever thought possible. Rob prepared well thought out routines that will push me to my limits yet still respect the limitations of my injuries.

Nadia’s 6 week challenge provided valuable insight regarding the importance of portion control and eating the right types of healthy foods at particular times within each day to achieve successful weight loss and sustainable energy levels on a daily basis.

I have trained with Rob for nearly 2 years and he has assisted me greatly in my personal fitness.
